The main drawbacks are the heavy traffic on Hessa Street during rush hour and occasional noise from the Autodrome, but it's a solid choice overall.

It's great for families with kids and pets. Foxhill 8 is best located for coming in and going out of Motorcity. Practically you save 5-10 mins everyday in morning rush. If you have Dubai Skyline view apartment then in the evening it looks fantastic.
