I've been living in Golf Vita for nearly a year now, and every time I step inside, I can't help but appreciate the fact that it's my home. This place truly has it all - there's a mall, cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, parks, barbecue spots, stables, a golf course, and it's incredibly pet and kid-friendly. It feels like a small city in itself. The balconies offer ample space, and the views are absolutely breathtaking. In our one-bedroom apartment, we're spoiled with a roomy wardrobe and a hotel-like bathroom complete with a shower. The kitchen is a tad small, especially if you have a lot of appliances, but it gets the job done. The neighborhood is filled with friendly people, and there's always something fun happening in the community. The only drawback is the maintenance costs, which can be a bit steep, but we've found ways to manage them. If you enjoy having friends over, there's no need to worry about parking, as there's a designated lot for guests. All in all, I'd highly recommend this community, especially for families. It's been a great experience living here.

You dont have to worry about anything. This location is in prime area where you can access the main roads. I have been living in this building for 2 years. 2 years ago Damac began construction of a Community center. Construction has not yet been completed. For electricity, Damac uses noisy generators that operate around the clock. Damac ignores all complaints. Therefore, if you are looking for a quiet place to live, then this building is not your choice.
