Located along Hessa Street, across from Damac Hills 1 - Damac Lagoons offers a different vibe. Designed to look the Mediterranean, offering blue lagoons and a large park. This 8000 villa community is great for families.

The are is pretty new however, the community is very well taken care off. Security is very active in the area, making sure that only residents and guests are allowed in the community.

This is a top notch project. I find the price of 1.65 well under the initial price of 1.8m. This is a real bargain. I already have a similar appt which I purchased at 1.8m else I would have jumped on this opportunity. Really, this is more than value for money at this price
