Town Square runs along Al Qudra Road on the southern edge of Dubailand. Emirates Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road are both only a few minutes away by car. There isn't a metro station inside the community, so most residents rely on a feeder bus, taxis, ride-hailing, and, in practice, their own car for most trips.
The Nshama Townhouse bus stop serves Town Square from inside the community. It's roughly a five-minute walk from the central plaza and about a four-minute drive from the far end of the neighborhood. From there, the feeder route connects residents to the wider RTA network, including links toward Mall of the Emirates and the Red Line for onward trips across Dubai.
Since there's no metro or tram station in Town Square itself, most public transport journeys involve a bus-to-metro transfer or a direct taxi. Careem and Uber cover the area reliably, and RTA taxis are easy to hail around the community center and retail strip.
Getting in and out is straightforward by car. Al Qudra Road connects directly to Emirates Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, which makes cross-city trips easier.
Villas and townhouses come with private driveways and covered bays, apartment buildings include allocated resident spaces, and the retail core is surrounded by Town Square Dubai paid parking lots, with the nearest bays roughly a one-minute walk from the plaza.
You'll also find extra lots near the Spinneys strip and around the community centre for visitors. Shaded pedestrian paths and dedicated cycling tracks run through the central park and connect residential pockets to the retail area, so shorter trips on foot or by bike are practical.

The energy around Town Square Park is great, with cafés, shops, and plenty of activities happening around the square. Developed by Nshama, it has a friendly, welcoming vibe that’s perfect for families and young professionals. Even though it’s a little outside the busy city, the cheerful atmosphere and sense of community make it a really happy place to live

Zahra Breeze Apartments 3A
We've lived in Hayat for 1 year and now Zahra Breeze for 2 years. The noise is unbearable from kids in the corridors and play area. The security cannot do anything. Parking is fine for 1 car per home, but not more. Pool is great, gym is average, the park and events are good in the winter. It has everything you will need being so far away from Dubai, but is now too expensive for what you get and the traffic and noise is not worth staying for.

Zahra Breeze Apartments 4A
This building is great, it’s in a calm community and security is always around to support. There is no traffic or noise and the greenery around the buildings is amazing. There are pathways for walking, it’s dog friendly, vibrant and everyone is very friendly. The only concern is the guest parking as the building has parking for guests that is only free for the first 2 hours, it’s manageable but would be nice if it were more flexible in that term in case someone would like to sleep over.

Zahra Breeze Apartments are 4 blocks (3A / 3B / 4A / 4B) of buildings located in Town Square. Each 2 blocks have their own pool and gym. Everything is good about the community except the traffic in the morning during school days at Town Square only exit.

Al Qudra Building 4
Having lived in Dubai since 90s moving to Townsquare was never on my mind. For work reasons I’d to move a bit closer to the EXPO and I chose TownSquare. Best decision ever! It’s a super young and new community with loads of amenities for everyone. A great place for young professionals and at the same time a perfect neighborhood for starting a family and raising little ones. The retails and entertainment outlets are carefully handpicked and they seem to have a perfect match for the crowd.
