Remraam

Remraam is a lovely community for families, it has plenty of green areas and play areas for children as well as good pool and sports facilities. The buildings aren't very high (max 7 floors) which gives it a cozier feeling, and we frequently see children playing outside or people practicing sports which brings a good sense of community. The security in our building is kind and helpful, and I find the community location very convenient in terms of accesses. I have been living in this community for 9 years and am very happy to raise my family here. There is a school and a nursery inside the community, two supermarkets, pharmacies and different restaurant options, which makes it very convenient for everyday life.

BASKETBALL/SWIMMING POOL walking distance; RTA BUS FROM MOE STOPS BANG OPPOSITE TO AT45 (this is a great help for domestic staff); Plenty of trees, open spaces, very quite almost zero traffic zone. parking for guest can be problem especially in the evening after 5pm. Good Maintenance, CCTV security, Guards 24X7, ITS VERY SAFE FOR WOMEN & CHILDREN.

No complaints here. The community is well managed the staff and security, the maintenance and service everything is top notch. It's really peaceful and calm here. Just a little sound of cars sometimes because we have Emirates road just behind the area. Other then that everything is perfect.
