I love how the community is full of parks, walking paths, and open spaces where you can relax, exercise, or meet friends. The energy around Town Square Park is great, with cafés, shops, and plenty of activities happening around the square. Developed by Nshama, it has a friendly, welcoming vibe that’s perfect for families and young professionals. Even though it’s a little outside the busy city, the cheerful atmosphere and sense of community make it a really happy place to live

A lovely family community with nice feel and buildings. Traffic a problem at the moment, letu2019s hope further developments mean more access points in and out.
I have lived in Hayat Townhouses since 2021 and loved every day of it. Great maintenance and very family oriented. I got my Townhouse through an amazing agent named Mahyar Maleki he was very helpful.
I moved to Hayat Townhouses in May 2018 with my family. We have all made so many great friends here. The community has so much to offer and everything is literally on our doorstep. Moving to Town Square Dubai was the best move we have ever made.
I have lived in Hayat since it opened in May 2018. The community is very peaceful and gives residences an opportunity to escape from the hustle & bustle in the city! The facilities within Hayat are up to a very high standard. The surrounding areas have shops and restaurants. The community is conveniently located next to the desert so great for those with dogs who want some off-leash fun in the sand dunes.
