Lovely place to live in. Nice spacious rooms, big balconies, well maintained pool and gym. Maintenance is overall good but there is scope of improvement for sure.

Location: Perfect Maintenance: Not fit to call a Dubai City Property. Investor not ready to maintain anything. So far Spend more than 2000 for AC Duct Cleaning + replacement of Lights with motor (Bathroom and other areas) + 500 for AC Control Security: Good Apartment Layout & Ambience: Perfect Construction & Building Material Quality: Contractor Developer Investor Trap for Tenants Above All, Water quality is worst and Lost 30% of my hair due to rusted water. Staying here only because of School at walking distance + Community.

Building looks fancy and new but the fixtures and fittings are all terrible quality and falling apart. Building managers are not interested to listen to any query at all. Stayed one year then left.

We’ve been living in motor city for more than 10 years, and recently moved to OIA! The only new building in motor city! Amazing finishing and beautiful design. We love motor city , indeed!

amazing look, but terrible maintenance, water leaking almost everyday in my apartment, like a rain storm, from bathrooms and kitchen, also other case where in living room! Oia its looking great and very nice pool and gym but they need plumbers better!
