Honestly, I've been living here for a couple of years now and so far this is the quietest building in Motor City. The building is very well maintained, and the neighbors are so friendly. The only downside is the mixup with couriers when delivering. The building is great for pet owners and parents with children, it has a nice garden in the back and no street access which is safer if you have children or pets.
