Springs 1

Excellent location, close to great schools, very child friendly, established community, one of the greenest areas in Dubai with long walk/bike routes around lakes where you can wake up to the sounds of birds, Emaar management is much better and responsive vs some others as well. The schools and mosques around cause some mild traffic at school pick up drop off times or Friday prayers but it does not cause major issues. Springs 1 and 2 are probably the best among all Springs communities in terms of location and maintenance

Our children have grown up living in this community. The convenience of cycling to school coupled with the now rebuilt Meadows Village access has proved for us that the Springs 1 is indeed the perfect location to live. Emaar's level of maintenance of the community facilities be it the swimming pool and connected gardens to the landscaping, general hygiene and cleanliness is beyond compare. The Springs 1is unique due to it's limited size and connectivity through the walk ways and cycle paths linking it to the Emirates Hills. It is indeed a community to live in to appreciate it's numerous benefits and beauty.

Very nice and leafy community. The landscaping, parks and two swimming pools are very well maintained. The access to the new mall is a big bonus, as are all the other amenities you have within walking distance (school, dokter, coffee shops, ...). You are on Sheikh Zayed road within minutes. We love living here.

Nice community, family friendy. No Gym available in comparisson with most tower appartments in Dubai, but lots of green and open space. Calling for prayer from nearby mosque is very loud, and house materials are not particularly sound-proof, so it will wake you in the morning. The exit road is the same as the entry road to Emirates International School, so you can find a lot of traffic on shcool entry and exit timings (more than 15 minutes none moving traffic).
