Choithram's convenient store is just across the road from the Views. If family members need to depend on public transport, there is a bus-stop, just a minute away, with great frequency that connects metro stations. So close to Sh. Zayed road, yet away from the noise. This is one of the most popular communities to live in.

For over 15 years, I and my family have enjoyed a great sense of community living in The Views and surrounding community of the The Greens, Emmar Business Park, The Onyx. The Views offer conveniently and quick access to the Sheikh Zayed Road (the main road artery in Dubai) while at the same time offering soothing green views across the prestigious Emirates Golf course. This is in contrast to the vibrant welcoming atmosphere located immediately beside the The Views, i.e. The Greens Souk, Emaar Business Park, The Onyx, Media City, Knowledge Village and Barsha Heights.

Good location average security. Good maintenance. The only downfall to this building is that Emaar interefers way too much with what you put in your balcony even facing inwards they pick on plants flowers and outdoor storage which is not even in sight. Too much intereference. But overall good building and great community.
