I've lived in the Greens for 8 years. It has community, greenery, safety, shops, restaurants, bars. Great location, clean, nice people, schools and hospitals close by. It's a wonderful place which considering it's proximity to SZR, Marina, Palm is only going to become more appreciated as time goes on.

Golf course and lake views from most buildings give it a resort feel without the Emirates Hills price tag. Some blocks are a bit of a walk/drive from the main road

The Links East Tower
It is such an amazing place to live in both for short and long term. Great views as the name suggests, really well-maintained tower, pool is decent. easy access/exit to Sheikh Zayed Road.

The Links East Tower
Links is a great building to live in. You do have to wait a while for the lifts during peak times. Emaar community office in links west so good staff always on hand nearby to assist. Good facilities, always clean. No issues with anything. Easy access in and out.

The Fairways West
The Fairways tower is located in the Greens community, in a very central location and with parks, supermarket, restaurantes on walking distance, access to Sheikh Zayed , 10-15 min walk to metro and within 5-10 min to Marina and Palm . nTotally recommended community and building for pet owners and families with kids .
