Lush views in the fairways, from the pool and the apartment. Building is maintained very well and staff are great. Parking is good too around for visitors. No traffic and a peaceful environment.

Being one of the owner and resident of the North Tower, couldn't say more that even after 12years the property was build, it is one of the most well maintained and sought after property till date. Most building deteriorate in not maintained well but fortunately the team had done a fairly good job to maintain it so well that you hardly noticed being a decade old property.

While the building itself is well maintained, some of the apartments are not. Not to mention constant sewerage smell inside the apartments and noise from the grass cutting machines on the golf courses, operating every early morning.
