The pool is one of the best building pools in Dubai. Great gym, maintenance and friendly security.
I’ve been living in the Fairways East for a few years now and I can still highly recommend it. The tower is in great condition, maintenance is done diligently and everything is always clean. The best parts are the park next to the tower, the well equipped gym with new equipment, and the infinity pools (just breathtaking). I think it’s safe to say that no other apartment complex in Dubai can compete with The Fairways.
Great amenities, excellent features with Emirates Golf Views and very good location.
I like the building, staff and love or flat. I wish they had more children facilities.
