This is actually still an upcoming place; a lot of construction is still ongoing, which can be an issue for some residents. But overall, the connectivity is really good to E311 and E11, and it's a good family-friendly space to stay.

This building is one the newest building in Dubailand and with easy access to the big mosque just across the road. Surrounded by other residential buildings and a few hotels nearby. There is a supermarket within the building and a big empty land for temporary parking.
