value for the money rent, good view and very close to metro station, the good part of the building is it has a supermarket in the same building and its brand new

This building is really lovely. I love the view of the Dubai Marina. The Community is really nice and it is close to most things like walk gardens and tennis courts. also near schools as well as the metro.

The tower is very noisy both inside and outside 24 hours a day, it is impossible to live and sleep at night. The gym is not ready yet. It is necessary to make changes to the external fixtures to soundproof the apartments.

Clearly the best building in the area. Great facilities, fantastic Marina view . Friendly staff and very well maintained . Access to metro and tram is fantastic. VERY NICE POOL .there was an issue with DU connection but now it is all good Middle of everything. ( Mosque , metro, cafes, supermarkets , medical centers ) Over All AMAZING BUILDING

AC is failing every other day. The building is not ready to receive Du telecom services. There is no garbage chute. I could go on... I moved in a week ago and I am looking to move out.

New building - advertising for 8% RoI per year or 32% straight cash back with keys to be handed over after 4 years. As developers will lease the apartment for 4 years to recover the 32% cash On paper sounds like a good deal, but not in real as the price of the apartments are more than 30% higher than of another similar quality building in Marina, so in fact cash back is ZERO.
