The location of the building is right in front of Masjid, You have big Super market down the building.

FULL OF INSECTS AND COCKROCHES, WORST MANAGMENT TOO RUDE AND TOO POOR SERVICE, PARKING IS FULL OF TRASH, NO REMOTE, NOO AC !!!! IN MIDDLE OF SUMMER NO AC , WE ARE POOR TENENTS HERE AND WE PAY ALOT FOR HERE.

Really great views in a lovely neighborhood but the building and its management can't get their act together. The air con is ALWAYS breaking down including Dec 24 - Christmas eve for TWO WEEKS!!! The management company are rude and unprofessional. Now it's February and the air con is gone again. Not good enough. Imagine the summer?! It also doesn't work in the corridors. Security are rude, the traffic is the WORST and the pool is never open- always issues. No gym. Time to leave

I have been here for 9 months already and this is the worst building I ever had in Marina. The ac does not work for the entire building most of the time and it take DAYS (currently, it is almost a week) to fix, you can hear noise from outside of your apartment, no remote for parking, the parking space is very narrow and designed poorly, the drainage overflows, leak from ceiling, moldy and smelly, not well maintained and a lot more.. so bejtter think about of renting here.. it is not cheap for no reason.

The building is a mess, very noisy due to the chiller of the next building, very small pool for a 31-floor tower (and only if it is working anyway). Poorly designed parking - very narrow slots. The cherry on the top - come prepared to live with no AC. No gym, no sauna, no common area. Traffic is horrible in the rush hours. The rent will make you think it is good value for money but your first night with no AC will make you regret it.

The building is new but poorly established, the infrastructure; Electricity, Water and AC is a mess. Every now and then there is something going wrong. Once, the lifts went off and for more than an hour no one was able to use them. I am always afraid to come one day find it's on fire due to the poor infrastructure. Since I relocated, the pool is always closed and despite the promises that the gym will be open soon, it's all in vain. Aside from that, the place where the building is always traffic congested, so prepare yourself to park your car and take a taxi everyday.

Very bad experience and staff not cooperating as I raised the issues with them several times. There are many Maggots coming out from the ceiling. There is water pressure issue special in the morning when you are about to go to work. No guest parking and the building not good for children at all.

The cheapest apartment with full Marina view in Escan Tower, new building near metro station and other facilities. I can recommend this building for investment purpose.
