The building is very classy. 5 star standards. Management is very polite & considerate. Amenities here have by far exceeded my expectations.

Building itself is clean and is conveniently located and should have great amenities. + No guest parking and a less than helpful security/reception. Your guests will often complain! + Pool closes without notice or duration, same goes for other amenities that are poorly maintained. Management don't communicate with residents well. + Any interaction with the building management is painful! 1-2 good people, only.

We love living in this building. It is very well developed. The people (security, reception, maintenance and other staff) are very friendly and professional. Chiller is included however humidity reach record highs in the summer even when its cooled down. Thats a design flaw and you'll just have to use de-humidifiers if needed. It really feels like a hotel here though. Great cafe downstairs. (The Sum of Us) which have valet parking if needed. Traffic is very poor in the evening with the service road being blocked due to the stupid large Trade Center roundabout.

Amazing building. Hi spec interior, well finished off, modern appliances and units, excellent security. Chiller included. pool and gym 5 star quality. great location but traffic is terrible most evenings.

Great place good apartment. Good value spacious lobby. However, traffic condition requires huge improvement works. Maybe RTA can help? Construction at next building creating too much noise and dust. Overall, good value for money if you keep away from traffic peak hours.

This is a good quality building with great finishes within the apartments. A good gym and swimming pool are provided with high quality hotel-like entrance lobby. Well-known restaurant and cafe on the ground floor. Parking is provided within a dedicated multi-story parking building to the rear connected to the main building with additional parking on the lower floors within the main building. The World Trade Centre metro station is approximately 700 metres away on Sheikh Zayed Road. Great views over Satwa and Jumeirah for upper floors facing in that direction. Generally very well maintained.
