Fabulously comfy place to live, great locale, well-appointed, modern apartments and well-maintained. Friendly security and on-site maintenance, always helpful. Hotel-style facilities and clean public spaces. Great place to live.

I have lived here in this property for nearly 5 years. The building is exceptionally maintained and the finishing is of the highest standard. Security and the maintenance staff are extremely helpful. Chiller is also included, so no nasty AC bill surprises during the summer months. The indoor kids play area is a fantastic recent addition, and really sets the Burj al Salam apart from other properties in the area.

Burj Al Salam is one of the best locales in Dubai. Crowd wise and the Management is very good. Building is well maintained and their facilities which are included in the rent are like a 5-star hotel.

My friend lived in the building for a year and honestly this is the best locale I’ve seen in Dubai. Great restaurants and connectivity to new Dubai.

I have looked at so many buildings upon visiting Dubai last month, so far this place is my favorite. Ease of literally everything, convenience stores, restaurants are pretty amazing and the address is quite renowned to get about. Lovely ambiance and crowd.

It's been 1 year that i live in the Building. I love it the space, maintenance security. If there is any issue, you call the reception and they come straight a way.. Pool and gym are very clean and nice. Everything is just perfect. Highly recommended.

Visited a friend a couple of weeks back and just loved the vibe of the area and the tower. Five star caliber facilities on the 11th floor, clean, well-maintained and kids friendly.

I've lived in Burj Al Salam for the past 2 years, the security is super friendly and attentive and the facility team is usually at the door shortly after a call. The gym and pool face the beach and make the stay here even more pleasant. Due to the quality and higher standards it attracts a better quality of tenants than normal towers. I'd definitely recommend the tower.

Management is not professional. They lack courtesy and this applies to some of security guys. More importance is given to some tenants on the account of others. They apply double standards. People who come to eat in the restaurant sum of us are given much more importance than tenants. Very rude valet guys at the entrance. Staff who does inappropriate behaviours are not accountable!! Staff and security are rude with children. Any procedure is very complicated and takes long time. Some of maintenance guys are not professionals. Many times we faced major leak of water from the ceiling one of them at 3 am and led to the apartment fled with water. Same leak happened again. At time of exit they charge you many things which you are not responsible for!! Just to gain little more money. In general it is highly not recommended and other nearby new buildings are much better
