The Central Hub, designed in collaboration with Zaha Hadid Architects, acts as the project’s heart — a car-free leisure & entertainment district with plazas, landscaped gardens, public squares, retail zones, and amphitheater-style spaces.
The architecture draws inspiration from natural forms (e. g. the first drop of rain), and incorporates strategies for passive cooling, water reuse, and native landscaping to optimize microclimate.
