2000 AED for short-term (weekly) stays
3000 AED for monthly stays
Refunded within 3–5 working days after check-out, subject to inspection

- Cleaning Fee: One-time check-out cleaning charge

Check-In Time: Between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

- Late or Night Check-In Charges:
100 AED for arrivals before 9:00 PM
150 AED for arrivals after 9:00 PM
Winter months are subject to seasonal price adjustments depending on the month booked. The price will be adjusted to market demand during holidays and festival seasons.
