The above rates are subject to refundable security deposit of 5% of the total rent for annual bookings and 10% of the total rent for monthly bookings.
Rates are subject to availability at the time of booking and rates can be changed without prior notice.
Payment for annual bookings in maximum 02 instalments.
Festives and Exhibition supplements is applicable on bookings less than 06 Months.
The above rates are 05% commissionable.

Pet conditions:

The maximum weight for pet is 8 KG.
All documentation and vaccination papers must be provided during the signing of the contract.
Pets are only allowed in limited apartment types and areas based on the pet policy and terms & conditions of InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay.
Additional Pet Security deposit (AED 5,000 additional) + One Time Pet cleaning fees (AED 500 per bedroom).
