You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
Gym is available 24/7;
Swimming pool - from 7am to 7pm;
Sauna - from 7am to 10pm.
There is a parking slot for one car.

⦿ Once you have booked and received the confirmation, you will be asked to complete registration by providing your ID details. This is required by building security and the Dubai Tourism Authority.

⦿ Cleaning fee covers check-out only; additional cleaning can be arranged on request.

⦿ One set of linens, towels, and toiletries is provided (extra sets available at an additional cost).

⦿ Crib available upon request (15 AED per night).

⦿ Replacement of lost access card: 400 AED.

⦿ Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited (penalty: 2,500 AED).

⦿ Arrival time must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.

⦿ As per building management requirements, in-person check-in at the tower is necessary, and a member of our team will be present to assist and welcome you.
