• A copy of each guest’s passport is required before arrival (DTCM regulation). Without it, building reception may refuse access and delay check-in. This apartment is officially DTCM-registered.

• House rules: Respect neighbors, Dubai laws, and property furnishings. No parties or events. Smoking is not allowed.

• Housekeeping fee: AED 260 (1-bedroom, charged at check-out)
• Refundable security deposit: AED 1,000, VAT: 5% applies
• Tourism Dirham Fee (DTCM): charged every 90 days, AED 300 per month for studios and 1-bedroom units.
