Designed for comfort and practicality, it features an open-plan layout, bright living area, flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette. The building offers amenities including a gym and swimming pool (currently closed).

Heads-up: there may be some Construction activity nearby.

JVC is a friendly neighborhood with green parks, shops, and easy access to Dubai Marina, Downtown, and the beach.

Guest access:
Guests have full access to the studio and the building’s common areas.

Important:

* Passport copies for all guests are required before arrival for DTCM registration. Without these, building reception may deny access.
* Please respect the building’s rules, neighbors, and Dubai laws.
* No smoking and no parties allowed.
* Refundable Security Deposit: AED 1,000
* VAT: 5% applicable
* Tourism Dirham Fee (per DTCM regulations): Charge renewal every 90 days.
- AED 300 per 30 days for 1-BR units and Studio
- AED 600 per 30 days for 2-BR units and AED 900 per 30 days for 3-BR
* Housekeeping Fees: AED 210/-net (upon check-out)
* Parking: Includes one designated parking spot.
