One of the best apartments for a holiday or long stay in Dubai with family. The residential building is incredibly well located: at the entrance to Palm Jumeirah. Nearby there is everything you need for life: malls, restaurants, recreation areas and many others. The residential building has direct access to the private beach, swimming pool and playground. There is a wonderful walking area near the residential building.

- All our apartments are equipped with high quality bed linen, a menu of pillows (soft, hard, orthopaedic). For additional protection of the pillows we use pillowprotectors.

- Living room with access to the balcony, sofa and dining table for 6 people.

- 65-inch 4K smart TV with lots of TV channels in the living room

- Smart TV in the master-bedroom

Please provide passport (or Emirates ID) copies of all guests and visitors at least 48-hours in advance in order to register your stay with community/building security.

1) We provide our guests with weekdays access to the beaches and pools in various luxury hotels with a special price 500 aed per adult per week. Children under 15 free of charge. During your holiday, you can relax on different beaches, which will make your holiday even brighter and richer.
