The palm and especially shoreline is the best place for families: beach and parks everywhere, not a lot of traffic, a lot of other kids, and almost all kind of shops you can go with you children without the risk of cars and pollution.
Also, you are close to everything, and no traffic compare to Marina or other places in the area
