* House rule - Please respect neighbors, Dubai laws, and the apartment’s furnishings. No parties or events. Smoking is not allowed.
* Refundable Security Deposit: AED 2,000
* VAT: 5% applicable
* Tourism Dirham Fee (per DTCM regulations): Charge renewal every 90 days.
