From making documentaries in Pakistan for National Geographic to becoming a rising star in the Real Estate industry in Abu Dhabi. Taimoor has not only picked up the first Abu Dhabi Propertyfinder Awesome Agent award but been selected as agent of the month for the last two quarters, within Flag Real Estate. He still says his greatest achievement is seeing the pride on his mum’s face, and with Taimoor setting his sights on one day completing a PHD in Economics we think his mum’s face will continue to glow with pride!

What do you think contributed to your success on this deal?
I believe it’s all about winning the trust and confidence of your clients, to do that you must do a vigorous search for the right properties, frequent viewings, discussions, negotiations and a willingness to go the extra mile. One needs to remain transparent with all parties, and prioritise the client’s interests. This provides you with a leverage to advocate on your client’s behalf. If they believe you are the right agent for the job, it makes your task a lot easier, and improves the chances of a successful closure.
What is one thing you do as a broker that differentiates you from other brokers?
To be a successful broker, you need to understand your client, their background, family and aspirations for their dream home. By doing this, even if you are advertising the same property as other agents, they will come to you this will get you referrals leading to more deals.
What do you think makes a good agent in the UAE?
If you want to be a good agent, you need to keep yourself abreast with the latest developments in the real estate market, macroeconomic factors and its implications on your respective fields. Your presentation, your communication, your knowledge and most importantly how you cater and deal with your client, speaks volumes about your ability as a real estate broker.
How has Propertyfinder helped your company win in the digital marketing space?
Propertyfinder is a distinctive platform which allows you to exclusively promote your property portfolio with a vast outreach to the clients in GCC. It’s amazing how, you can reach out to your clientele both on local and international level with just a few clicks of buttons. For me, Propertyfinder has proven to be a great tool and we have seen an exponential rise in the number of enquiries received since we started using it. I have worked on properties that were of high value and hard to lease and sell, both in residential and commercial sector. Propertyfinder allowed us to generate a higher number of leads, we managed to lease/sell those property assets making millions for the sellers and winning confidence of our clients.
