It’s been an incredible development journey over the past +30 years as a trans-national business executive – spanning multiple countries, multiple business models and multiple new green field business start-ups – always driven forward by the energy and entrepreneurial spirit of my talented and brilliant colleagues, a passion for serving Customers/Clients with excellence and a laser focus on continuous improvement – getting better every day.
Fast forward to 2024, it’s such a remarkable blessing to now call Dubai home - and to have a front row seat to the remarkable evolution of this very special oasis by the sea. My wife and I started traveling to the region in 2020 learning more and more each visit. Perhaps like many, we were so intrigued about the suburb living environment (constant sunshine), cleanliness, super smart 2040 urban development plan, impeccable public safety, amazing international schools, new business startups, high investment returns and zero capital gains taxation. I could kick myself that we did not make the big move a lot sooner.
We are in the early days of this remarkable economic miracle and investment story – my goal is to share the success story of Dubai, as well as my experience and learnings to provide helpful data driven guidance to new real estate and business investors to the region. Winning feels great in Dubai!
