The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and serve meals, including a stove, fridge and freeze, microwave, and all necessary cutlery and crockery. There is also a utility cupboard with a washing machine and a small storage area.

The first bedroom features a king-size bed and built-in wardrobes, with an en-suite bathroom for added convenience. The second bedroom is furnished with comfortable twin beds. All bed linens and towels are provided, and an additional Z-bed is available upon request for a fee (AED 150 per night for stays up to 6 nights, and AED 100 per night for stays longer than 6 nights). A baby cot is also available free of charge (subject to availability). Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

The rate for this apartment includes utilities, wi-fi, and satellite TV connection, one allocated car park space, access to the shared pool and gym, and weekly house cleaning with bed linen changes. Pets are not allowed in any of the managed properties, and any violation of this policy will result in the forfeiture of the full security deposit amount.
