I lived here from the late 90s to the mid 2000s in the Garhoud Residential Complex. Pros: - Great for families - Tight-knit community - The gardens and large living spaces - Proximity to "what was popular back then" (Deira City Center and Lamcy Plaza) Cons: - Proximity to the airport (a lot of planes flying by) - Parking and guest access was difficult to navigate due to security concerns - Infrastructure aging (old villas versus newer properties)

I lived here for 3 years and it was a really family friendly building. They have amazing maintenance and 24/7 security staff. The facilities like swimming pool and gym are decent but they separate for both men and women. The flats are spacious and well maintained.

Brand new building with great facilities....road access is sometimes an issue due to Dubai Mall and WTC traffic..

The best part about the property is the view of the golf course. The school across the road causes a bit of traffic in the mornings. Very close to the mosque.

The building is very comfortable and peaceful. Very children friendly so great for families
