La Fontana

I live here and there is no noise at all. What we can hear is construction work but very low due to double-glassed windows/doors. All building is immaculately clean and smells good. The gym is not big but with enough choice and space for at least 7 to 10 people at the time, and I never met more than 3 to 5 there. The swimming pool, though not big, is very nice and clean. There is a large AC playground space for kids and an indoor tennis saloon. Security and Concierge staff are very kind and polite on a 24-hour duty. The front road is very calm, scarcely no traffic the day long.

Let’s start with the security, 27/6/25@10:00, he is not helpful can’t speak english… I park on the wrong spot in the basement and he reported me, walked straight pass me not even trying to explain where I must go, but probably a nothing that is a something here! The building looks rundown, outdated and dirty! No a fan!

Awful experience in this building HOAM management who take care of building is doing very poor job: 1. Sharing is alowed, not a family building at all 2. Pool area very dirty and dangerous as the tails on floor are falling apart. 3. On pool theh alowed all kind of bad things, people Swimming in dirty - home clothes, even some of them brought dogs, food drinks. 4. Security is very rude and unprofessional and not helpful at all. 5. Security and cleaners sleeping in kids play area. 6. No parking for guests 7. Gym is falling apart 8. Charging for ecer single thing for maintenance, even dough owner of flat is paying service charges 20k per year. 9 not kid and family friendly building
