Centrally located with access to almost everything in Dubai - approximately 15 min to both sides, Downtown and Dubai Marina. Located directly across from Dubai Hills along the newly upgraded Umm Suqeim road. Near this district you can easily find several hospitals, the Dubai Hills Mall, Miracle Garden, the Arabian Ranches Golf Course and so much more. Great for apartment style living.

It's the best building in Arjan. Amazing pool, a good Gym, security guards are friendly. Luxury apartments. Guest parking for three hours free which is convenient.n

I have been living here for almost two years. Their apartment are bigger than what available in market. Amazing pool. Its very clean. Gym is moderate. Maintenance is good. Guest parking free for three hours. I highly recommend this building. Its the best in Arjan.

This is one of the newest residential complexes in the community area of Al Barsha South 3. Built with great interiors and amenities to cater to the residents of the building. Huge space for the playground, swimming pool, tennis court, and highly equipped gym machines. There is also a supermarket , salon, pharmacy and restaurants within the community.

Poorly managed building! Air conditioning doesn’t work during warmer months, parkings are a mess with everyone parking anywhere, security and staff seem helpless while management completely ignores your pleas for help! Drainage blocked, Leakages during rains, parkings never cleaned, huge pest problem with no reaction from management! Left before contract ending as the endless torment wasn’t worth losing my sanity!
