Happily living the third year in this building! No problems, very responsive landlord , no traffic, central location, high quality building with affordable price! Very glad living here!
Building parking become paid so thats not great considering the lack of parking nearby

Al warsan in tecom is a family friendly building. It comprises of 2bedroom apartments. Great location with lots of supermarkets. Easy road access in and out of tecom. Literally no traffic. What I like best about warsan is it boasts the cheapest rental prices in tecom.
The apartments are nice, spacious and well designed. The corridors carry sound to and from apartments which causes a lot of disturbance also the amount of traffic and construction cause lots of noise if you open the balcony.. Pool needs to be heated/cooled in respective seasons. There is rarely any security at the residential side, and no visitor parking (despite hqving a parking lot that is used for paid parking..)
