First Central Hotel Apartments

I had the opportunity to stay at the hotel for more than a year and still Maintenance (Good): One of the standout features of this property is its well-maintained facilities. Throughout my stay, I noticed that the maintenance team was prompt in addressing any issues that arose in my room. It's clear that the management takes pride in keeping the property in good shape. Staff / Security (Good): The staff and security personnel were friendly and attentive. They made me feel safe and welcome throughout my stay. The professionalism of the staff was certainly a highlight of my visit. Gym / Pool (OK): While the gym and pool facilities are present, they didn't quite live up to my expectations. The gym is adequately equipped, The pool was decent but not particularly large. If you're looking for an extensive workout or a luxurious swimming experience, you might want to manage your expectations. Children Friendly (Poor): This property left much to be desired in terms of being child-friendly. There were limited activities or amenities for kids, and the overall atmosphere did not seem particularly conducive to families with children. Families travelling with young ones might want to consider other options. Noise in and Around Property (Good): Surprisingly, despite being located in a bustling area, noise was not a significant issue during my stay. The property seemed well-insulated, and I could enjoy a peaceful night's sleep without being disturbed by external sounds. Traffic Near Property (Very Good): The location of this property is a definite plus. It's situated near major thoroughfares, making it convenient for getting around the city. Despite its proximity to traffic routes, the noise from traffic did not penetrate the property, contributing to a peaceful atmosphere. Guest Parking (Very Good): For those travelling by car, guest parking is readily available and well-maintained. I never had trouble finding a parking spot, and it added to the overall convenience of my stay.
