It has direct connectivity to Shaikh Zayed Road as well as easy access to other major communities like Greens, JVC & Motor city to name few. You can reach malls in Marina & Palm Jumeira to Mall of the Emirates in less than 10mins. Similarly quick accessibility to beaches of JBR & Jumeirah. Barsha Heights is well planned community for both residents and commercial.

It's a good building and well-kept. You'll enjoy the community with calm and quite atmosphere. Plus, it's conveniently located near shops, metro station and medical stores .

I lived in this tower 2 years. I love the location near metro and easy access by car there is always taxi around. The management company had change and is much better and organized now. Plus legal action against the sharing acomodation. So I’m really happy right now. Swimming pool is lovely and usually empty. And location again near hotels supermarkets anything u need.

Nice building. It has a lot of facilities Like kids playground and the nice swimming pool. 10’ from metro and next to hotels/clubs and supermarkets. It’s all what I need. The management has change and the building is better maintain right now.

The building is nice and well maintained. The location is perfect next the SZR and Al Khail road. Supermarket, pharmacy just next to the building. The kid area Is nice and quite big same for the pool and gym. The apartments are spacious and big balcony

Al Fahad 2 is surrounded by the hotels , so there is a lot of very strange people coming to the building that you wouldn`t want to see near you or your kids. A lot of sharing apartments , we see new people coming to the neighboring apartments all the time. And that is despite the fact that they present is as a "family friendly building" and the fact that sharing is forbidden. The building next door has rooms rented per night. So imagine what sorts of crowds you will see. The elevators always broken, no service lifts, so if someone is moving better take stairs. The pool is located in a way that there is never sun there. Very smart. So if you want to sunbathe you have to go on the other side of the building where is literally nothing, not a single bush planted, just concrete. It`s very disappointing, taking into account that there is so much space for everything, it has a potential to be a good building but due to the poor management it is very bad. The garbage shoots are always dirty and smelly as well. Wouldn`t recommend to anyone.
