It offers a premium urban lifestyle with easy-access to the Burj Khailfa, Dubai Mall and a variety of restaurants & cafes. The area is vibrant and perfect for both families and professionals. The only downside is it gets busy with tourists, especially during weekends.
- Lush Greenery & Cool Pools: The community's landscaping is top-notch, making it feel like a little oasis in the middle of downtown. The pools are a fantastic retreat. - Safety & Comfort: Although there isn't security at the door, it's a friendly and safe place. I've never felt uncomfortable. - Ground Floor Perks: I live on the ground floor, which comes with a nice private garden. But keep in mind that the upper floors block some sunlight, affecting interior lighting. - Layout Quirks: Our apartment layout is a bit unusual. Despite having one of the biggest one-bedroom units in the community, the living room feels small in comparison to the huge bedroom(bigger than our living room) and spacious kitchen. In a nutshell, Kamoon 1 offers a unique blend of tranquility and convenience. It's a lovely place to live.
Old Town is a nice and green neighborhood with several pools but it is lacking a complimentary gym (contrary to what real estate agencies are writing in their ads, only Old Town island gets access to a gym for free). The flats facing the boulevard and the street can be noisy. We used to have, three of four years ago, different kind of birds coming on the balcony, which was nice, but now only pigeons, a lot of pigeons. There's no security at the entrance of the building.
