It offers a premium urban lifestyle with easy-access to the Burj Khailfa, Dubai Mall and a variety of restaurants & cafes. The area is vibrant and perfect for both families and professionals. The only downside is it gets busy with tourists, especially during weekends.
Living in Qamardeen district is like in 5 star resort, super quiet area in the city centre with lots of greenery, many pools, everything is easy accessible.
Very nice pools to choose from. Security accomodating most of the requests. Location can not be better, just minutes to Burj Khalifa Dubai mall, and Boulevard restaurants. Miska area, is one of the few with little traffic on the parallel road. Just need to check where room window is facing, to avoid noisy units. There is guests parking, but many times almost full. Plenty of places to park in roads nearby anyway. Building in general good condition. No noise from neighbours like in other buildings. No floodings during the heavy rains as well, overall, good quality of construction and area maintainance.
Old Town is nice, but there is no "share gym" as written (you have to pay to go the fitness First) and if you have a flat with a view on the street, it is quite noisy. So choose the courtyard if you can. Another problem is that there are pigeons all over the place.
