11th floor the neighbours are very loud, complained to the security but they didn’t do anything. & Very strange smell. The card was not working for the pool almost 2 weeks.

Became an owner this year. I must say it exceeded my expectations on all fronts. Of course the building is older and in some aspects showing its age, but the maintenance team and security keep it so tidy and efficient. Also, you can beat the price/location ratio.

Amazing location, few mins from beach. Very helpful conceirge and the building has its own maintenance team. Good quailty and best lifts in Marina, no delays whatsoever. Gym could be a bit better
