There are also many fitness studios, Pilates studios, gyms, and wellness spaces, which makes it great for maintaining an active lifestyle. It is also close to the beach. That said, traffic can get quite heavy depending on where you live, so it’s worth factoring in an extra 15–20 minutes during peak hours.

The location of building is perfect for short term and log term rentals as 5 min walk to JBR walk, next to tram station. Most of the apartments have city and marina view with spacious balconies. New and well maintained building and apartments. our 1 bedroom apartment is spacious with open layout and beautiful view. I would say it's a hidden gem in Marina as many apartments we have seen earlier have either obstructed views or bad layouts with old buildings.
I loved the tower, it’s clean and well maintained. The views are amazing. You can enjoy Marina view from the corridor while you wait for the lift which is uncommon in most buildings in Marina. The apartment is full with natural light and has a nice layout. I’m enjoying my time here
Perfect place. Amazing view. No guest parking, but 4 levels of parking for residents. 5 elevators, one of which is for service people. (Like delivery guys and maintenance). You dont even need to wait for a lift. You just press the button and one of them opens immediately. Also they started to develop the building that is near. Hope soon the construction will be finished. So very nice position. Very friendly security. Not bad Chinese restaurant on the Ground floor. Really friendly neighbours. The problem is a lot of traffic on JBR and a lot of tourists, cause usually the owners use their apartments for short term rent.
The view and location are amazing. But Dont expect to enjoy gym or pool (they r horrible). Maintenance is another issue - every month something happens like leakages or big AC issues. Another problem- a lot of people stay for few nights only and they absolutely don’t care about neighbors: parties , stealing water bottles or groceries
Unfortunately we rented an apartment in continental tower with the big terrace in the 3rd floor , we thought it will be fun for the kids, people above everyday through cigarettes , each week my maid clean above 50 cigarettes from the terrace. - we suffered from small cockroaches in kitchen and strange insects from the terrace , pest control came 3 times to be able to getrid from all - small cockroaches still come from the front door ! And where we threw the garbage insects and cockroaches in the place !! - we stayed for almost 2 months without AC at all , problem in the whole tower , - my bike was stolen from the garage and no one did anything - the security staff , very unhelpful no service at all , each problem in tower they do nothing , theres no cards or anything , anyone can enter the tower from several places and guess what theres no cameras so if someone got stolen , they say no camera there !! Secuity staff the worst i have seen in dubai - they rent appartments by day , so every weekend we find strange people who threw parties in covid ! And loud music and we smell strange smoke from the balocny and when we tell the secuity , he say they gone they were here just weekend ! Then other people came the other weekend !! - Maintenaince so bad - no kids friendly at all its like hotel 1 star in marina - the pool i couldnt get in to due the cleanliness level of the tower - the kitchen cabinets in the appartment are nor standard size which was so weird to me ( i cant even put a standard size plate in them !! Ao i got an ikea cabinet which i put all kitchen in . So kitchen is usless ,, other home appliances very old and cheap quality Worst tower i have seen , cant wait to the end of contract and move
