We have lived in Springs 7 since 2005. It has been a great experience throughout. Emaar has done a brilliant job in consistently maintaining very high levels of community maintenance and security etc. Springs is one of the best, if not the best townhomes communities in Dubai. 

Lived in Springs 7 for nineteen years 

One of the best located Springs after 1 and 2. You are walking distance to the very well equipped springs souk, you have a quiet pool and a very nice lake to walk around.

The mosque is quiet and relaxing to hear in the evening and entry and exit to main roads is easy, without being on top of them. 

There is a slightly higher background traffic noise than some of the other springs, but really isn't an issue. 

Overall very good.
