Excellent location, near the big lakes, nice open views on the Marina skyline. Small springs so less houses, less traffic and generally more quiet. Very easy access as on one end of the Springs community (Speedy access from Kamila St, Hessa St or Al Khail Road). Very close walking distance to Springs Souk which offers all services needed and yet just far enough isolate from all the cars and traffic it can get (across the street), which makes it just the perfect location.

Springs 6 has been our home for years. One of the least dense of all of the Springs development. All amenities are at a walking distance. The newly developed Springs Souk is just across the road either a short stroll or a quick drive away. It has a small park just behind Street 6 which is on a lake. The entrance to the community is graced with a picture perfect great lake with Emirates Hills and Marina Skyline in the background. Access to Sheikh Zayed Road, Barsha, DIC, Greens, Marina and Tecom is convenient and one does not have to drive deep into the community. Just drive out of the Springs 6 and make a U turn at the first traffic light and you're free. Coming back home its the first entrance when you drive into the community from the Al Asael Road / Barsha end. Peaceful and friendly community

The springs 6 is great place the spring souq mall is very near, there is big lake in the all spring, nice marina view, security is great, there is Children play space.

Springs 6 is great place, emaar now open new carrefour, the security in springs 6 is excellent they work day and night, the lack is fantastic great view for marina.
