MadalenaThe Fairways tower is located in the Greens community, in a very central location and with parks, supermarket, restaurantes on walking distance, access to Sheikh Zayed , 10-15 min walk to metro and within 5-10 min to Marina and Palm . nTotally recommended community and building for pet owners and families with kids .

SamuelThis is a beautiful community, kid friendly and beautiful greenery all around. Pool and gym area are excellent with multiple pools including for kids. Staff are friendly and efficient and property is very well maintained. Area is quiet with no construction around! Great place to stay. Highly recommended!

EricIt’s a great place well maintained by meat, and great views of canal and golf course. Friendly and helpful security. Attentive maintenance. And facilities are state of the art and unique to Dubai.

ZbtEverything is great in the building except some design flaws (e.g. bathroom water heater is placed behind a gypsum ceiling and any fixes require removing the gypsum and doing it all over again).
