Travo Tower B

We lived in Travo B with our 2 little children for 5 years after moving from Europe. It was amazing! The kids made friends so fast and the community is lovely. We could walk to most places in the neighborhood. We barely ever had an issue in the apartment, the corridors were always clean and security was always helpful whenever anything was needed. Definitely recommend this neighborhood!

Stay away from the high rise towers in the Greens and enjoy the peace of low rise building strategically located next to the lake and away from the Greens Souk traffic and noise. Well built property but needs refurbishment from inside. If you are lucky you can find a refurbished apartment!

We have been living in Travo for over 5 years and we are not planning to leave this beautiful community! We hear a lot of complaints from residents in other buildings like AC issues, quality of the MEP or the GYM area! We never had any issue with any of the mentioned points and we highly recommended it. One big positive of this building that it is low rise so you will have less neighbors, only one level parking (you don’t need to drive to different leveled Parking like in the towers) easy parking in front of the building and less crowded around the pool and in the GYM

Travo B located in The Views (Greens) is a lovely low rise area that provides a quiet village like environment within the hustle and bustle of the city. The facilities are well maintained and there are lakes and walking tracks nearby with small parks. The local shopping centre provides all the essentials and the area is generally quiet and very safe.

The area itself is excellent for familes ....it lives up to its name in being green with a nice lake you can walk around and is well kept with great amenities but they are too strict around pool area especially if you have children and you have to pay for any maintenance having said that I love the area
