This community is very safe and peaceful and is a hidden gym. People are very kind and nice and security guards are very helpful amd respectable. Each block has a closed door and only tenants can access it. There is no traffic noise you will see lovely kids playing around in the evening and people have lovely plants outside their homes. I highly recommend this community and very easy access to Dubai also. It is near to Zero 6 mall. You can walk around easily regardless of timing. They have recently opened a grocery and laundry inside the community.
