The Torch

Torch is located at the beginning of Marina walk, It is a very communicative location, there are supermarkets restaurants, bars, beach at a walking distance. No traffic jam, a quick exit to Sheikh Zayed road, Dubai tram and metro. The building is well maintained. In 2015 there was a fire in the building and the swimming pool is still closed. The gym is perfect - spacious, clean and with a nice view. The common areas are luxurious, but finishing in the apartments are not of good quality.

The Torch is a good building with reasonably priced apartments. It's got an A-grade location with easy access to all the Marina has to offer but unfortunately due to traffic, construction and Barasti it can be a bit noisy.
