Been living at the Torch for the last 2 years and I can comfortably say that this is a hidden gem and the most underrated building in Dubai Marina. Since moving in, the opening of venues such as the W Hotel, Bar Du Port and Dubai Harbor made this part of Dubai Marina a vibrant destination. More licensed outlets are available in the neighboring towers

We were deciding between Elite, Princess, Mag 218 and Torch towers to do our first residential purchase in Marina. Torch easily stood out with the best unit layouts, superb public areas, better community and professional management. Above all, it was the best value for money. Super happy with the decision after 6 months of living at the Torch

The building has gone through an uplift through a series of renovations and recladding which arguably made it the safest building in Dubai Marina as well as best value for money. The developer is Select Group which also developed the opposite Marina Gate that is approximately twice the price point to rent or buy.

Torch is ideally located in the northern side of Dubai Marina where the access to Sheikh Zayed Road is easier while being in proximity to many bars, restaurants and beaches. Great finishing & structure for the price point. Moving from the neighboring princess tower certainly felt like an upgrade. The full recladding makes the tower one of the safest against fire

I believe this tower presents the best value for money option in the Marina area by far especially after all of the renovations done in the exterior of the building and public areas. We have been a tenant here for 2 years and finally decided to buy a unit last month

One of the most convenient locations within Marina, spacious units, and a vibrant community. Close to the Dubai Harbour, cruise terminal, and many attractions & entertainment venues.

Floor to ceiling windows make the difference and add a layer of modernity to the design.The sizes of the units are larger than average in Marina. If you are facing the Marina Gate side on the higher floor there is no issue with the noise whatsoever. We decided to move in after the fireproof cladding and couldn’t be happier

Friendly resident community and superb facilities suitable for expats who prefer Western lifestyle. Extremely affordable compared to the opposite Marina Gate which is also by the same developer. Traffic is much better than other parts of Marina and JBR with easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road.
