Ladies who Lead — Inspired by International Women’s Day

International Women’s Day carries the #BalanceforBetter campaign and promotes awareness against bias.

Inspired by this, Property Finder and Prestige Magazine have highlighted six leading ladies who all have remarkable stories of how they have become some of the most successful women in UAE Real Estate. The six women sat down with Chanelle Kowalski to talk empowerment, success and misconceptions.


Safura Abasniya arrived in the UAE as a fresh faced 21 year old. Now 15 years later, not only has she seen the skyline and market of Dubai change dramatically but she is now a wife, mother and Partner & General Manager of Aston Pearl Real Estate.
