"It's a good tower, but there is a flaw or issue with some of the plumbing. Every now and then, things break down."

I like it there because it is very quiet and the metro station is a 10 minute walk away. My apartment is a 2 bed and I like it. The pool has a few tiles coming off of it and the pool area could do with re-decorating and some hallway areas also need decorating as well. Outside the area is completely unfinished and it does not look like this will change for a while. The security staff are friendly but they do knock on your door late at night with silly things. Also the maintenance team are not the best, I had a water leak in the ceiling above my apartment and they have repaired the leak about 1 month ago but they have not been back to finish the decoration.

Great building, very well maintained and beautifully furnished. The staff are all great, very friendly and very helpful. The gym could do with some more weights and equipment and the pool could do with a heater in the winter. The parking around the building is not so great and they should have a dedicated parking area to cater for all

I love the security of the building but unfortunately the gym facilities are not too great. There is not enough equipment, like weights and dunbells etc.
