Palm Jebel Ali is set to include private beaches and direct waterfront access as part of its master plan. Until those are complete, residents can visit the nearby Jebel Ali Beach. It is within a short drive and offers simple, open shorelines with fewer visitors than city beaches.

Palm Jebel Ali is currently an off-plan development, with plans to include educational institutions within the community upon completion.
